We are thrilled to announce that on Saturday October 11, our lovely studios will be re-opening to the public. We cannot wait to see you in-person and as one client requested: kick your asses back into shape (wow, that’s keen!).

Vaccination info

For your well-being and peace of mind here is what we are doing to protect you while you stay fit and healthy and to keep your immune system functioning optimally.

Most importantly all teachers and students are vaccinated in our studio!

These will need to be worn in studio classes till further notice

Timetable:

Our studios will re-open with adjusted timetables. Please check them carefully. Rose Bay will see some times change on classes to allow for transitions between classes to be less crowded and for cleaning.

All vaccination passports can be sent to our email for uploading to your file which shows a big green tick on your name automatically making class entry smooth and hassle free. Our instructors will check you in for class - our usual iPad check in system won’t be available.

Distancing:

Our studios will have stars on the mirrors to indicate where to safely set up your spot for class. We have measured out our studios and our City Studio can hold 10 people plus instructor with social distancing regulations observed. The entrance area can only have 2 clients in at a time. We ask that clients come in only to change or lock up their items and move outside again swiftly so the next two people may do the same while waiting for class.

Please enter one at a time to lock up your items before heading back outside into the hall to wait for class to start or to retrieve your equipment and head straight into the studio for class start. We ask you to wait downstairs if there is to be a class crossover.

Equipment:

Any shared equipment that cannot be disinfected will be not be in use (stretch/loop bands, blocks and ankle weights). We ask that if you have your own equipment, you bring it for extra piece of mind. You can purchase equipment from us if you would like to on our PRODUCTS page.

Therabands and looped bands are a compulsory purchase for class - get your own from us! We have them available for sale. They’re light and easy to carry in your gym bag.

Hand weights, gliders and balls in our studio can be easily cleaned so they may be borrowed for classes if you do not wish to carry your own.

Please bring a mat of your own or a large towel to place over the mats.

We ask at the end of the class that you clean everything you have touched - equipment, your mat, your barre.

Between classes our instructors will then additionally disinfect the barres, light switches, handles etc.

Socks remain compulsory and can be purchased in the studio.

Hygiene:

Please wash your hands and/or use our pharmacy grade hand sanitiser when coming into the studio and when leaving for everyone’s safety.

Please do not attend classes when you have any cold/flu symptoms. We prefer you late cancel (and please do, rather than no show). Our rule is a strict 48 hours without symptoms before attending the studio. Anyone with symptoms attending a class will be asked to leave. Our instructors will also do the same to protect others. No hands on adjustments will occur.

Bookings:

During this time no walk-ins will be accepted. All classes are to be pre-booked.

Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure everyone gets a chance to get into class. If you can’t make it anymore, please early or late cancel. Late cancelling will incur a $10 fee for Silver, Gold, Titanium and Platinum members. All other pass holders will forfeit their pass. This is to ensure that everyone who wants to be in class can make it, and that instructors are paid accordingly.

Some classes are waitlisted. We ask that you keep an eye out for a notification you have been added to class from the waitlist, especially early in the morning. If you miss the notification and do not show, you will still be charged for a no-show to the studio.

General:
While you might be tempted to give up on exercise, please remember exercise, rest and good nutrition are the best defences for strengthening the immune system, and keeping your body and mind well.

We want to continue to provide you with the fantastic service and classes we have always given and still be around after all of this is over! Your support during this time is greatly appreciated - whether you’re sharing our content online, telling your friends to join the studio, paying for packs or online memberships, or any other act of generosity.

We will still be offering online classes for those that still need to isolate or won’t be near the studios due to working from home etc. You can sign up if you’re not already part of the Online Studio via the ONLINE CLASSES page. If you’ve got internet, you’ve got no excuses not to workout!

If you have any questions or concerns or experiencing financial difficulty or job loss, please contact us, we are here to help. We are a community and all need to take care of each other. We’d much prefer you to exercise than skip it because you’re feeling the financial pinch.
